The recipe
Combine 4,5cl of Liathmor Whisky with 2,5cl of sweet vermouth, then add a dash of Angostura bitters. Stir over ice, strain into a chilled glass, garnish and serve straight up, or mix in a rock glass filled with ice.
Whisky sour
The recipe
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour 6cl of Liathmor Whisky, 2,5cl of lemon juice, and 1,5cl to 2,5cl of simple syrup. If using egg white, add all of the ingredients to a shaker without ice and dry shake for 30 seconds before adding ice. Shake well and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
Blood and sand
The recipe
Combine 3cl of Liathmor Whisky, 3cl of vermouth and 3cl of cherry liqueur. Add 3cl of orange juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake for about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with the orange wheel.
